An Error Noticed With The TZ1

Just a quick error that I have noticed with the Panasonic DMC TZ1. If an SD card is put in the camera which has pictures on that were taken with a different camera, they don't don't load when trying to view them on the Lumix TZ1. They stay blurred. This happens in both quick view or playback mode on the top dial. It also won't zoom in on those pictures either.

I've never seen this in any other camera before. All images usually load, no matter what camera they were taken with. I had a quick look through the settings but couldn't find anything that would related to the images not loading. A guess would be some sort of economy mode or SD card protection of some sort. But no, nothing. Not really a huge issue, just something I've noticed.

Successors to the Lumix TZ1

As good as the TZ1 is, it's now a fairly old and outdated digital camera. And while I still use it all the time, part of me thinks I should upgrade. There have been some great advancements in Panasonic camera technology within the last ten years, and I do have my eye on a few of the smaller, newer "street photography" style compact models.

Some of those include: The Panasonic ZS80D | GX85 4K | Lumix G100 | and the somewhat bigger and more expensive Panasonic S5

I'll still be keeping the old TZ1 though, don't worry about that!
